SleepShuffle Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the SleepShuffle mobile application and this website. SleepShuffle is designed to work without requiring you to create an account.

1. Information SleepShuffle does not ask you to provide

The app does not require a SleepShuffle account and does not ask you to provide your name, home address, contacts, health records, or sleep records in order to use its core audio features.

2. Information processed by service providers

Advertising

The free version of SleepShuffle uses Google Mobile Ads to display an advertisement when a session starts. Depending on your device settings, consent choices, region, and Google's configuration, Google may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from network information, advertising interactions, usage information, and diagnostics for ad delivery, fraud prevention, measurement, and related purposes.

Subscriptions and purchase status

SleepShuffle offers an optional ad-free subscription on iPhone. Purchases are processed by Apple. SleepShuffle uses RevenueCat to help determine whether an ad-free subscription is active and to support purchase restoration. RevenueCat may process transaction identifiers, product identifiers, subscription status, app/device information, and related technical data needed to provide those services. SleepShuffle does not receive your full payment-card information.

Website support form

If you contact support through this website, the information you choose to submit—such as your name, email address, topic, and message—is processed so that we can respond to your request. The website's hosting provider may process that submission on our behalf.

3. Audio and app settings

SleepShuffle's core audio experience uses bundled app content and settings selected on your device. The app is not designed to upload the words or phrases you hear as a personal sleep-history record.

4. How information is used

Information processed in connection with SleepShuffle may be used to:

• provide app functionality and audio sessions;
• deliver and measure advertising for free users;
• determine whether an ad-free subscription is active;
• restore purchases and troubleshoot purchase issues;
• maintain security, prevent fraud, diagnose crashes, and improve reliability; and
• respond to support requests.

5. Sharing

SleepShuffle does not sell your personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate the app and website, including Apple, Google Mobile Ads, RevenueCat, and the website hosting provider, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

6. Data retention

SleepShuffle keeps support communications only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or meet legal obligations. Third-party providers determine retention periods for information they process under their own policies.

7. Your choices

• You can manage or cancel an iPhone subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings.
• You can use Apple's privacy and tracking controls available on your device.
• You can contact support to ask questions about information you submitted directly through the support form.

8. Children's privacy

SleepShuffle is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children through an account system. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the support form, contact us so the issue can be reviewed.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as SleepShuffle's features or service providers change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated when changes are published.
